Eligibility Criteria

Qualified applicants to the University of Iowa Urogynecology and Reconstructive Pelvic Surgery are those who have successfully completed medical school and an obstetrics and gynecology residency program at an accredited institution. Please email your CREOG Scores to the program coordinator.

Application Procedure

All applicants to Obstetric and Gynecology fellowships must use the Electronic Residency Application System (ERAS)

Additional Information: Each applicant will be required to submit a total of three letters of recommendation. Two of the letters will be templated standardized letters of evaluation (SLOE):

1. One SLOE from a Urogynecologist
2. One SLOE from the current Residency Program Director. If an applicant completed residency 2 or more years ago, the SLOE should be completed by their current Chair or Division Head.
