The Urogynecology and Reconstructive Pelvic Surgery Fellowship at the University of Iowa provides advanced, hands-on training for physicians dedicated to improving women’s pelvic health. Our two tracks, three-year ACGME-accredited program – URPS (OBGYN) and, two-year ACGME-accredited program – URPS (UROLOGY) offer a comprehensive learning experience in both surgical and non-surgical management of pelvic floor disorders, including urinary incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, lower urinary tract dysfunction, and childbirth-related injuries.
