Urogynecology and Reconstructive Pelvic Surgery Fellowship
The Urogynecology and Reconstructive Pelvic Surgery Fellowship at the University of Iowa is a three-year, ACGME-accredited program that trains obstetrician-gynecologists to provide consultative services and comprehensive surgical and non-surgical management of pelvic floor disorders, including urinary incontinence, other lower urinary tract disorders, pelvic organ prolapse and childbirth-related injuries.
Maternal-Fetal Medicine Fellowship
The Maternal-Fetal Medicine Fellowship at the University of Iowa is a three-year, ACGME accredited fellowship program that provides advanced training in the care of the pregnant women and her fetus and in the use of advanced technical instruments and research skills.
We have a strong emphasis on ultrasound and genetics, as well as an intensive exposure to invasive procedures/fetal therapy/prenatal diagnosis.
Gynecologic Oncology Fellowship
The Gynecologic Oncology Fellowship at the University of Iowa is a three-year, ACGME accredited fellowship that offers exceptional training in all aspects of Gynecologic Oncology including complex surgeries, the administration of chemotherapy and radiation, and the management of critically ill patients as well as palliative care. We also offer excellent training in minimally invasive surgery including both robotics and laparoscopy. As a long-standing full member of the Gynecologic Oncology Group/NRG and a Phase I institution we actively participate in clinical trial enrollment, and as a result our fellows gain in-depth knowledge of the design and implementation of clinical trials research.
Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility Fellowship
The Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility Fellowship program at the University of Iowa is a three-year, ACGME-accredited program that trains reproductive endocrinologists who have a desire to further the subspeciality by pursuing careers in academic medicine.
