Thank you for your interest in the Urogynecology and Reconstructive Pelvic Surgery Fellowship Program offered by the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at University of Iowa Health Care.
The Urogynecology and Reconstructive Pelvic Surgery Fellowship at the University of Iowa provides advanced, hands-on training for physicians dedicated to improving women’s pelvic health. This three-year, ACGME-accredited program offers a comprehensive learning experience in both surgical and non-surgical management of pelvic floor disorders, including urinary incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, lower urinary tract dysfunction, and childbirth-related injuries.
Our fellows work alongside nationally recognized faculty, gaining experience in clinical care, teaching, and research. The program’s goal is to prepare the next generation of leaders in urogynecology and reconstructive pelvic surgery—clinicians, educators, and researchers who will advance the field and elevate the standard of care for women everywhere.
