All applicants to Obstetric and Gynecology fellowships must use the Electronic Residency Application System (ERAS)
https://www.aamc.org/services/eras/. ERAS specifies which documents are required for application.

Eligibility

Prerequisites for all fellowships: Medical degree, completion of OB/GYN residency.

Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility, and Urogynecology and Reconstructive Pelvic Surgery fellowships require:

• e-mail your CREOG scores to the program coordinator 

• Qualified applicants to the University of Iowa Urogynecology and Reconstructive Pelvic Surgery are those who have successfully completed medical school and an obstetrics and gynecology residency program at an accredited institution.

The Gynecologic Oncology fellowship requires:

• e-mail your CREOG scores to the program coordinator
• also Rutledge and/or Galloway Fellowship letters, if applicable, either be e-mailed to the program coordinator or included in your admission material under “letters or recommendation.”
